Saratoga County District Attorney Karen A. Heggen reports that the Saratoga County Grand Jury directed the filing of Prosecutor’s Informations in the Saratoga Springs City Court regarding three individuals involved in the incident that occurred on November 20, 2022 in the City of Saratoga Springs. The following were charged as follows:
Alexander Colon, dob 12/6/94 of Utica, NY is charged with Attempted Assault in the Third Degree, in violation of New York State Penal Law Sections 110.00/120.00(1), a Class B misdemeanor;
Christopher E. Castillo, a/k/a Christian E. Castillo, dob 11/27/94 of Utica, NY is charged with Attempted Assault in the Third Degree, in violation of New York State Penal Law Sections 110.00/120.00(1), a Class B misdemeanor;
Darius A. Wright, dob 5/20/93 of Utica, NY is charged with Attempted Assault in the Third Degree, in violation of New York State Penal Law Sections 110.00/120.00(1), a Class B misdemeanor.
