March 5, 1992) committed multiple felony narcotics and firearms offenses following a long-term investigation conducted by the New York State Police Violent Gang Narcotics Enforcement Team. The indictment alleges, among other charges: Two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the First Degree (Penal Law § 220.43(1)), Class A-I felonies; Multiple counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First Degree (Penal Law § 220.21(1)), Class A-I felonies; One count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Second Degree (Penal Law § 220.41(1)), a Class A-II felony; Two counts of Criminal Possession of a Firearm in the Second Degree (Penal Law § 265.03(3)), Class C violent felonies.

According to the allegations contained in the indictment, over the course of an approximately three-month investigation, members of the New York State Police Violent Gang Narcotics Enforcement Team, with assistance from the New York State Attorney General’s Organized Crime Task Force, conducted numerous controlled purchase operations involving Correra. The indictment alleges that, during those operations, investigators purchased a large quantity of cocaine from him.

After the controlled purchase operations were completed, investigators executed a search warrant at Correra’s residence in Saratoga Springs. The indictment alleges that law enforcement recovered more than 2.5 kilograms of cocaine, two loaded handguns, a high-capacity magazine, hundreds of rounds of ammunition, numerous digital scales, and cutting agents commonly used in the distribution of narcotics.

Correra was arraigned on the indictment before the Honorable Lisa Lorman in Saratoga County Court on July 8, 2026. He is scheduled to return to court on July 28, 2026.

“This case reflects the outstanding work of our Special Investigations and Narcotics Bureau, which was established earlier this year to strengthen our response to complex drug trafficking and organized criminal activity,” said District Attorney Brett Eby. “These collaborative efforts demonstrate our commitment to holding those who traffic dangerous narcotics and illegally possess firearms accountable while protecting the safety of Saratoga County residents.”
